Yin Yoga

Yin takes you deeper into the inner landscapes of your mind, body and practice. We hold mostly floor based poses for between two to ten minutes to give the mind and the body time to fully surrender into each posture.



Mandala yoga is a beautiful and energetic practice where you move in a circular motion during your sun salutations, each salutation thoughtfully combines postures that will take you from the front, to the back, and to the front again.
